ZHEJIANG HICHI PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATION LIMITED, the meeting on “Technical renovation project of iodine contrast agent production line with annual output of 850 tons （first stage), supervision on completion and acceptance inspection of environmental protection” was hold at Hichi’s conference room on July 17, 2021. People or companies were?present at the meeting include: Yuan Jiwei (Taizhou Environmental Society), Yu Binbin (Taizhou College), Ying Yijian (Taizhou Lushuiqingshan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.), Zhejiang Taicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Taizhou Pollution Prevention Engineering Technology Center , Zhejiang Keda Testing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Daxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. According to the relevant requirements in the EIA report of the construction project, the acceptance meeting agreed that the production scale of the project basically meets the acceptance requirements after on-site inspection and combined with relevant materials, and relevant pollutant prevention and control measures have been put in place. The test results of RTO waste gas treatment facilities, biological trickling waste gas treatment facilities, fine drying bags and water film dedusting treatment facilities in workshop 3 all meet the relevant standard limit requirements; the waste water is discharged into the park sewage pipe network after being treated up to the standard; Involving sensitive points, the noise meets the requirements of the state; there is a temporary storage place for hazardous solid waste in the factory area, and the hazardous solid waste is disposed of according to regulations. On the whole, it basically meets the acceptance requirements of completed environmental protection facilities. After discussion, it was agreed that the Company’s “Technical renovation project of iodine contrast agent production line with annual output of 850 tons （first stage)” passed the acceptance of the completed environmental protection facilities.?
In the future, our company will do further work in the following aspects:
(1) Further strengthen the management of the site, especially the management of environmental protection facilities and workshops, establish an inspection system, keep a good book record, find problems and solve them in time to ensure the stable discharge of pollutants up to standard;
(2) Strengthen the work of rain, sewage and sewage separation in the factory area to ensure the stable discharge of pollutants up to standard;
(3) further strengthen the management of hazardous waste, improve the solid waste management ledger;
(4) Strengthen the publicity of environmental protection, strengthen the sense of responsibility of environmental protection personnel, establish a long-term management system, attach importance to environmental protection, improve the environmental protection system, strengthen the learning and training of workers on pollution accidents, and organize drills on pollution accidents.
Our company has submitted the acceptance documents and related materials to The Samen Law Enforcement Division of Yuhuan Branch of Taizhou Ecological Environment Bureau for filing on August 24, 2021.
